My journey into perfecting the French Macaron is new. My first attempt was February 2019 and the results were pretty good for a first timer, see picture below! Try and Try Again....Practice Makes Perfect....Take Notes...those saying apply here! I continue to fine tune the process of creating the finicky creatures! I am on bag number 2...I graduated from the 2lb bag to the 3lb bag of almond flour and now buy the 7lb powdered sugar!
